The major reason for having all of these things in one location is so that people may get them easily and without encountering any difficulties while doing so outside. The doctors provide all the necessary services to the public, which helps them cure diseases. - Canteen management: they have to maintain pure hygiene in the canteen because the food is given to both the patients and their family members. The materials that are used for making the food must have good quality.
- Hygiene management: the wards, desks, surgical instruments—all the things must be hygienic and dust-free.
- Timing management: as we know, the hospital is open 24/7, so we have to adjust the shifts of both the doctors and staff members.
- Maintaining the relationship: they have to maintain good relations with the staff members, and the staff members also have to manage good relations with their patients.

Data Management: They have to manage all the required data, in both hardware and software, about the employees and patients. employs data like attendance, performance, playrolls, etc.
